I didn't want to start using my blog until I customized it the way i wanted to. Now that i'm finally done with that i can start posting pictures of things i make! My main focus are specialty cakes but since I'm in the pastry program we have to make hundreds of different kinds of pastries. I'll start to update weekly with stuff that i've made & if you have any questions or if you wanna know how to make something you can comment me and i'll post the recipes, procedures and sample pictures! :]
